Your Airplane, your Car, your RV, your Dog..... When you want to wear your love on your sleeve (or back, or chest or hat), you want it to be uniquely yours! If your plane has red stripes intead of blue, we can do that. If your puppy has pink spots on his red tongue, we can do that. You spent a lot on that custom paint job, you don't want a generic rv on your hat!

Here are the frequently asked questions for truly custom embroidery:

• What can you do?

Almost anything. If you have a good photo of your pride and joy (or company logo), we can create a realistic reproduction, in thread, on a range of items.

• How does this work?

First we take your artwork and we convert it to a lanquage that our machine can understand. This is called digitizing. Basically we have to tell the machine where to put every stitch and in what color. Obviously, this is very time consuming, which is why we must charge a digitizng fee.

• How much is the digitizing fee?

Generally, a chest pocket or hat sized design is $35 or more, and a full jacket-back sized design starts at $99 and goes up. The complexity of the design also plays a part which is why we like to have your art in hand before we quote you a price.

•  Does it cost that much for every item?

Goodness, no! The digitizing fee is a one time charge, after that we have the design on file and you never pay that fee again.

• What do you need in terms of art?

You can send us a photo in the mail, or email us a digital image. Either way, the larger the image, the more detail we can hold. It also depends on the size of the final embroidered image.

• What sizes can you do?

Depends on what type of item we are embroidering. Most hats will only hold an image 2 1/2 inches tall, for shirt pocket images, up to 3 1/2 inches in height is normal. On the back of a jacket or sweatshirt, anywhere from 7 inches up to 12 inches or more is easily done.
